The app that manages your entire system is down! I paid a nice chunk of cash for my system. Now it doesn't work. It's not like I bought a bad app. I bought your equipment. Now it doesn't work. Imagine if I was depending on this system to manage my grow. Oh wait, it is! I can't just delete the app and move on. I'm stuck with your equipment! This rating will go to one star fast if this isn't resolved. This is worthy of a BBB call.

Everything was working flawlessly until the update on 10/16/24 now I can't even set my temperature parameters as I'd like just keeps telling me to check my wifi settings which everything else connected to wifi functions as it should. This literally defeats the purpose of having a controller if you can not control your enviroment. Will update if and when issue is resolved.

Man if only these things would work all the time. They eventually stop connecting to the wifi and seemingly need to be completely uninstalled and reinstalled every time that happens. So far there is no easy solution or help. It just stops connecting and tells you to "check wifi settings" as the only possible thing they say you can do, which is unhelpful. Find a better fix for when the controllers stop connecting please. Works after reinstalling, but it's a big pain.
