I get an error message "this app isn't responding" every 30seconds. very annoying. tried closing the app. tried uninstalling. nothing helps. very frustrating. I like to submit my claims as soon as I get the receipt. this doesn't let you do more than 30sec worth of typing.

Can't upload documents through the app because it asks for storage permissions but doesn't let me give them. This has been a known problem for a while and should be an easy fix. Similar posts have replies telling users to uninstall/reinstall the app first. I have tried that and it does not work.

Embrace the company is great but the app is EXTREMELY glitchy right now. It's worked in the past so I'm not sure what's wrong because I have the latest update. I'm unable to submit a claim, the screen just acts frozen when I go to choose my provider. Sometimes it goes through that screen but remains so slow it's impossible to use

I have to submit a quote to ask if they will cover most/some of the cost and it keeps asking for file permission. Everything is enabled, tried to uninstall, to no avail. Same thing with trying to take a photo of the document. It keeps asking to enable the camera, but it is already enabled. Please fix this.

Trying to submit a file, system requires app give permission, but the only available permission is the camera (which is active in permission) and even then the app won't open camera "without permission." Pretty amateur development for the amount of money in spending for this "insurance" that seems to try to deny claims every step of the way. Everytime I try to use this app, the system doesn't recognize my password - so I have to reset it everytime. This app is pretty much useless.

When trying to send documents, I keep receiving a message saying to provide storage permission to proceed. There is no option in the apps setting to do this, or in the phones setting. When you try to take a picture of documents to upload, it tells you to give the camera permission but the camera permissions have already been approved. I have reinstalled app hoping that would fix the problem but it didn't. App use to be very user friendly, not sure what has happened.

1) When I enter my fingerprint the app says incorrect password so I have to manually enter the password. 2) For both the app and mobile web, I can't process a claim. Your dropdown for selecting an invoice provider doesn't work. When I make a selection, there's a big delay. I kept hitting my invoice provider and after a long delay of nothing happening I'd have to refresh the page on the mobile web or the app would crash. PLEASE FIX THESE BUGS.

I'm constantly receiving a msg that the app is not responding with the option to close or wait. I hit wait so my claims can go through, but it pops up at least 15 times when trying to do so. This has been an ongoing problem for the last 1.5 years. Also, why can we not attach PDFs of our bill? You're creating more steps by requiring us to take a screen shot of the PDF.

Great app, easy and convenient to use, fantastic insurance, quick claim payouts, very useful credit card system that allows me to pay for any service for my pup. I've only had the insurance for about a month, but I've made two claims thus far, and it's been a breeze submitting them via the app's quick process. Love Embrace so far.

It used to be a really easy app to use, but since a recent update, I've had to use the desktop site or the mobile site. Basically, I can't find a way to upload a PDF of my vet invoice, only a photo of an invoice. I get all of my invoices digitally, so this essentially makes the app completely useless and just a waste of space on my phone.
