The game was fine, until the November 26th update. I was having no problems logging in at first, but then when I went to relog in after that, something blocked me from entering the character selection. Successful account log-in, unsuccessful processing and a message pop up telling me to contact support (11).

Honestly the game is decent when it works... The problem is with the staff. They're uncaring and unhelpful... I've tried with the customer service really I have. I tried helping through bug reports... It's quite honestly the worst service I've ever seen. On top of this, the game itself is a buggy mess and the customer service seems unsure about what game they even work on... It's unfortunate because I do enjoy the game when I'm not dealing with the abysmal service and frequent bugs.

Was a fun game, when people actually played. Its def fell off since i first posted this review. Hence my update. But the game would be better if you could get mounts, backing, outfits etc, really anything without having to spend a lot of cash in game. Don't even get me started on the crashing constantly. Ooof. That's never changed. Happens about every 5 mins. Maybe even more on some days. & it's physically impossible to catch up lvl wise to some players. If you're too far behind you're screwed.
