| 2024-12-11 |  | | Very annoying app. Can't send simple commands to the bot when it gets stuck to move it from the app. Scheduling is lacking custom settings for the schedule. Worst of all is the mapping. What do you mean your kitchen is not your bathroom? The divide feature doesn't work and after it does the map brakes itself. Worst of all, the 3d view clearly shows the rooms but the 2d view has a different much terrible algorithm. Shame on the devs and the company |

Pairing these security risks with poor customer support makes this a hard pass for me. App Problems: My T20 deletes its map about once a month, even with a backup. It’s beyond frustrating, especially after spending so much time setting it up. Expect the bot to get lost and need to recreate the map often. Expect it to get tangled in cords 40% of the time. |

Ignore all the features because you actually need to be connected to the robot to program it so good luck with that. Edit: just wanted to let everyone know this app is still trash. As a fellow developer im begging you, mark on the map where it lost its mopping pad. Ours will randomly yeet it into oblivion and we have to go on a scavenger hunt. Last time it took 3 weeks because it must have done a Beyblaze move and launched it's self inside a umbrella that was leaned up against a wall. We looked everywhere gave up thinking our dogs carried off and buried it 🤣 |

It often finishes mapping without covering half the rooms, even when doors are open. And if it detects no access to an area during scanning, it won't attempt to go there later, even if the way is clear. Essentially, this pricey vacuum can't handle more than one room |

Does only partial cleaning when certain cleaning parameters are selected even if the clean and dirty are properly maintained. X2 sometimes has trouble entering it's station when it finishes a task. It makes it's way into the station but fails to fully dockand then loses power. Is it possible to have a display of current status of clean and dirty containers as a pic or percentage |

Others I don't. Please give us that ability! Other than that, I love my deebots. They do a fantastic job! |

Also if I try sending to clean a specific room it tries and few seconds later message coming up that the path is blocked as soon as I change the settings and mark whole house to clean there is no message like that and whole house is being clean with out any issues 🤦. |

I assume the latest software updates have screwed things up. It was great with the older software. My 2018 iRobot roomba is still kicking and does a better job than this. Update: In September 2024 this app is still the worst, please don't buy ecovacs may experience is worst. |
