Very annoying app. Can't send simple commands to the bot when it gets stuck to move it from the app. Scheduling is lacking custom settings for the schedule. Worst of all is the mapping. What do you mean your kitchen is not your bathroom? The divide feature doesn't work and after it does the map brakes itself. Worst of all, the 3d view clearly shows the rooms but the 2d view has a different much terrible algorithm. Shame on the devs and the company

Privacy Concerns: Check out YouTube videos from hackers discussing how easily someone can access your camera and microphone. Pairing these security risks with poor customer support makes this a hard pass for me. App Problems: My T20 deletes its map about once a month, even with a backup. It’s beyond frustrating, especially after spending so much time setting it up. Expect the bot to get lost and need to recreate the map often. Expect it to get tangled in cords 40% of the time.

Terrible app that will likely be the reason I return my DEEBOT T30s. Can't ever stay connected to the device or send commands due to timeouts. Ignore all the features because you actually need to be connected to the robot to program it so good luck with that. Edit: just wanted to let everyone know this app is still trash. Save your money and buy another brand because you'll never be able to control your vaccum with this
