    I've had this mirror for over a year and have completed less than 1 workout because the app crashes. I recently saw emails about updates and got excited thinking the app was fixed, but it's the same issues. Very disappointed

    Worse app ever. I just bought the Reflect 40 inch mirror. It crashes extensively where it makes the mirror pretty unusable and useless and takes hours for me to even get the app and mirror connected. Theres no interoperability. Can't choose any other categories such as Cardio, HIIT, as it'll crash and bring me back to 'Who's working out with us today?' Also, it disconnects from the wifi and it's an exercise in futility to get it connected back. A huge disappointment.

    The app. Is glitchy & crashes alot. I also have a paid membership that is set to automatic payments but my account is placed on hold often. I have tried to reach out to customer service via phone & email numerous times and only seem to get a voice mail with no return call. I've attempted to resolve this on my own via web with no luck so I can't use the services. This happens so often I wish I could get a response so I could just cancel my membership. It isn't worth it the headache anymore.
