2023-11-07 | I've had this mirror for over a year and have completed less than 1 workout because the app crashes. I recently saw emails about updates and got excited thinking the app was fixed, but it's the same issues. Very disappointed | ||
2023-05-23 | Worse app ever. I just bought the Reflect 40 inch mirror. It crashes extensively where it makes the mirror pretty unusable and useless and takes hours for me to even get the app and mirror connected. Theres no interoperability. Can't choose any other categories such as Cardio, HIIT, as it'll crash and bring me back to 'Who's working out with us today?' Also, it disconnects from the wifi and it's an exercise in futility to get it connected back. A huge disappointment. | ||
2023-01-08 | The app. Is glitchy & crashes alot. I also have a paid membership that is set to automatic payments but my account is placed on hold often. I have tried to reach out to customer service via phone & email numerous times and only seem to get a voice mail with no return call. I've attempted to resolve this on my own via web with no luck so I can't use the services. This happens so often I wish I could get a response so I could just cancel my membership. It isn't worth it the headache anymore. | ||
2022-12-29 | App keeps crashing. I had no issues with the old app but this one is just trash. Uninstalled it when it first rolled out. Came back now (a year later) and it is still having the same issues. I can see that it isn't just me. So much for doing classes from my phone (I do have a paid subscription for the bike and the app on that is fine. As long a sI don't try to update it. Then I get the spinning circle of death. 2022-08-01 | App crashes after every selection, can't even get to the videos because it crashes after selecting the category. It's sad they haven't addressed this wide spread issue yet. | ||
2022-02-15 | Most of the classes will not start. I've had it for 6 months now and it worked initially the first 6 months. Now only a few classes will start after I log in and the other classes will not start it'll show the classes on the screen but it will not show it on my phone to start the workout it just sits there basically crashes and asks me to re login. For example when I select a strength training class my reflect screen will go to the classes but the phone app will crash. I have the non-touch 40 | ||
2022-02-14 | App crashes after any selection. Since I don't have the touch version of the Reflect my equipment is basically unusable. App says try again after developer updates to fix bugs. Apple version works fine but not Android. Needs update immediately. | ||

2022-01-16 | All the apps made for their equipment are literally the worst apps ever made, but the one for the Reflect is the worst by far. It's amazing to me that after a huge funding investment a year or two ago this company can't get their act together and release apps that work. I've got the bike and the Reflect. I've been an Echelon "member" for over 2 years now. Both apps have issues with their respective apps however Echelon never seems to have any problem collecting a large membership fee each year from me. I really like the equipment, but considering the apps must be used to use the equipment, it's really a huge disappointment. And yes, I've done all the things-uninstall, reboot, check my wifi, on and on and on......it's ridiculous. Luckily, I don't NEED the app for the mirror because I have the 50", however I really like to look at what's upcoming on my phone and plan out my week. That app constantly crashes just to look. Ridiculous. | ||
2022-01-14 | The app crashes for over half the workout selections. This is the most frustrating app and set up I've ever had to do. Over half the workout selections when I hit it to chose a workout the app crashes. This has to be a friggin joke, right? I just spent a bundle of money to use this and can't get into any of the classes I purchased it for! |
