I used to absolutely love this app and have been using it for years. There was recently an update and all of my previously approved purchases are suddenly now "pending". I tried reaching out to customer service and got a copy and paste answer about it taking 30-90 days for money to be approved. It was NEVER like that before. Sometimes it would even hit my balance same day. It's been over a month and all my purchases are still pending and I have a balance of zero, when it should be over $30.

The app used to be great. Lately it is now very slow and lagging. Maybe too many updates? It's gotten to the point where it's way easier to checkout using the app or website for the store I'm shopping for. Also, cash back rates used to be a lot higher years ago. Now, I see most of the stores I shop with at 2% at the highest.

The app always worked fine in the past but today it made me update and when it finally finished doing that it wouldn't work for me. But it was imperative that I make my Walmart purchases immediately because of the drop in temperature here, but I had to make a total of 3 separate orders because the main item couldn't be delivered till next week because of the quantity of item, some have to be picked up, and then to get fuel asap a separate smaller order had to be made. Totaling over $350 ??? WHY?
