Circular recorded videos and images would be better than rectangular. Separate tabs for recorded videos and images in the album would be nice. Recording video in .mp4 rather than .avi would be better. |
| 2023-01-01 |  | | Idk what the hell happened I've had my blackhead remover with camera for over a year and now it won't connect to wifi the password doesn't even work for it anymore and the wifi name has been changed from timesiso-xxx to timesiso-h1603 for some reason. There's no help on how to fix it and no customer service contact info.. this is ridiculous. Won't be buying anymore products from asperx. |

It was connected but didn't show up the LIVE video on it. For this I will be giving 2 stars please fix this problem. |
| 2022-08-05 |  | | Works as really well but I understand the concerns. When the unit is turned on it creates a wifi connection and you connect to it and use the password provided in the manual. Everything works really well. Mysteiously the app started a VPN connection today even though I didn"t turn on the product today. Not sure if this is just a bug or what I deleted the VPN profile for timesiso to stop it from connecing again until I use the product again. |

It freezes often but only for a second. It has crashed sometimes randomly as well. Photos are eh and videos don't play back. Still giving it 3 stars because it is usable, it is neat and it isn't cumbersome around your house. Things to improve: - Better, softer attachments - Improved camera (maybe bendable camera or longer) |
| 2022-03-01 |  | | I want to report this app. I think it stole data from my phone! I used it with the otoscope earlier for about 2 minutes and then closed it. Hours later I go to pick up my phone, it's unusually warm. I see the key symbol in the notification bar but I did not have my VPN running! I checked battery and network usage. This app used 12% of my battery and 145mb of data! As soon as I force stopped the app the key in my notification bar went away...very suspicious! |
| 2022-02-25 |  | | Its ok ish when live but when you take picture to look at later its blurry. Maybe because the camera is moving side to side even when you hold it steady. Its not very good at focusing. I connected it eventually but i dont like or trust having to use wifi it would be better if i could just connect camera to phone with cable. I suppose its good cable free but id rather not use wifi as ive read worrying reviews about security with app. However it does work and does the job. Good accessories. |
| 2021-09-30 |  | | Super sketchy VPN. The otoscope works well but the app is definitely doing shady stuff with your network. The device connects with wifi, so there is 0 need for a VPN. If you disconnect the device, the VPN runs in the background and uses a crazy amount of bandwidth. Honestly, google should tell them to remove the spyware or they will delist the app. Stinks because the camera part actually works pretty well. |

Like I used it for a few minutes and just got a data spike of 500mb. I'm going to try disabling mobile data before using it again and see what happens. Great device. Super shady app. But there is no way I know to use the device camera without this app. Sucks. |
| 2021-04-02 |  | | Works exactly as it should. There is one issue, and I'm not sure whether it's the app or my phone. When connecting to the camera via wifi direct, I guess the app initializes a VPN. After I disconnect and close the app, the VPN is still in my profiles. Even though it's turned off, it'll block my internet (wifi and data). It took me forever to figure out what it was. I have to delete the VPN profile every single time I use the camera. |
