Streaming of an ear endoscope video is good but camera images and recorded video do not respect the gyroscopes, so the orientation is all over the place. Circular recorded videos and images would be better than rectangular. Separate tabs for recorded videos and images in the album would be nice. Recording video in .mp4 rather than .avi would be better.

Peter Rigby, 2023-01-24Idk what the hell happened I've had my blackhead remover with camera for over a year and now it won't connect to wifi the password doesn't even work for it anymore and the wifi name has been changed from timesiso-xxx to timesiso-h1603 for some reason. There's no help on how to fix it and no customer service contact info.. this is ridiculous. Won't be buying anymore products from asperx.

Kelsey Peters, 2023-01-01The first time I used the app to see the camera it was working fine until when I closed the app and started the app again it didn't show the camera or anything when I pressed connect. It was connected but didn't show up the LIVE video on it. For this I will be giving 2 stars please fix this problem.
