Linda Clark, 2024-08-27Good, helpful concept and service. Lately, however, the app's algorithm and processes are clearly not being invested in, including for drivers. Does not seem to prioritize the most logical and efficient routes and tends to give poor estimates in time. For the working class you can order a ride over one hour or slightly longer in advance and due to unpredictable behaviors by drivers or other factors you will still be late. Hope to see this succeed as there are many passionate drivers.
