2024-12-04 | Keeley Chae | It's unfortunate because this app could be very helpful, or it can be the most annoying thing ever. I've had several appointments scheduled and have only been able to meet with the therapist 3 out of 6 tries, every other time has had connectivity issues one way or the other. Not only does it become a waste of time, but I'm constantly worried I'll be charged for not making a meeting due to issues with the app. At this point it doesn't feel worth it to make an appointment at all if it's a gamble. | |
2024-12-02 | Maree Bell | When I first started using DoD, it worked but the interface was horrible. It was hard to navigate and glitched. Then they updated it, it got prettier but still had technical issues. Now it's been changed again and it's even worse. Contacting someone about the issues has resulted in no response for over 2 weeks, I've had several appointments canceled and it is still hard to navigate. I wish my counselor used another platform. | |

I missed my last therapist visit because of their technical issues. I've called several times, nothing is changing, getting better or resolved. I've uninstalled & reinstalled many times. 2024-11-23 | Andrea Stout | I've 4 boys needing therapy and we live in rural Texas with no car for half the week. Before update app was a little hard to navigate but otherwise worked without a hitch. Total godsend, they could finally get some help. After update it's gone to the sh🚽tter. 4 different therapy appointments "missed" with me in a virtual waiting room 5-10 minutes before the appointment and still there twenty minutes after appointment start. Messaging support doesn't get answered anymore, total junk app now. | |

It only allows you to choose one issue for mental health, when you're looking for a provider that specializes, rather than choosing multiple issues like you use to be able, as if comorbidity doesn't exist. No filter for what kind of specialist you're looking to see as well. Won't let me see my past documents, and i can't find my doctor again. | |
2024-11-23 | Jenn hultquist | I used to love this app until the recent update. All of my information is lost, including lab orders that were sent at my last appointment. It's time to get labs done for new prescriptions and nothing is there anymore. I've spent all week trying to reach support. I've sent many messages and spent over 30 minutes on the phone. Even they were stumped, but claimed they expedited the issue and assured me someone would get back to me asap. That was more than 48 hours ago. The app is now garbage. | |
2024-11-21 | Jennifer Bessette | The update has made the app completely unusable. It throws constant errors and logs me out after being active in the app for only a few minutes. The virtual assistant gets everything wrong and never asks if that was what you were trying to ask. There seems to no longer be any way to search for an appointment by a specific provider. This new app is about 30 steps backwards from the previous one. Posting a negative review here as there is no way to leave feedback in the app. | |

I've been needing a specific document from one of my visits and for some weird reason they send it to me and I never receive it on my end. I'm tired of the run around from customer care. They had me download a separate app, where we could finally see my appointment. Day of, the app wouldn't work again. Couldn't find my appt, so I went on the website where I found it, but now the appt won't launch. Because of this I wasn't able to refill my prescription. |
