It's unfortunate because this app could be very helpful, or it can be the most annoying thing ever. I've had several appointments scheduled and have only been able to meet with the therapist 3 out of 6 tries, every other time has had connectivity issues one way or the other. Not only does it become a waste of time, but I'm constantly worried I'll be charged for not making a meeting due to issues with the app. At this point it doesn't feel worth it to make an appointment at all if it's a gamble.
When I first started using DoD, it worked but the interface was horrible. It was hard to navigate and glitched. Then they updated it, it got prettier but still had technical issues. Now it's been changed again and it's even worse. Contacting someone about the issues has resulted in no response for over 2 weeks, I've had several appointments canceled and it is still hard to navigate. I wish my counselor used another platform.
Ever since the last update that changed the look of the app, I find it difficult to use. I can't find my appointments I couldn't open my booked appointment today I had to schedule the exact same appointment with the same person twice because it cancelled it initially I reached with technical issues twice and got no response and today it said it was after hours If I don't hear back by Monday, I will reach out to my HR department in an attempt to resolve
