New updated app & tbh I haven't really done much on it other than pay my bill!! No problem there, but now lately the service of Boost on their phones have really feel off!! My ohone constantly freezes, the loading of any data usage practically takes 1-2 mins at times to load. I'm switching to Patriot Mobile!! Ppl check it out, u won't be disappointed, great prices, 100% better customer service,& very reasonable pricing with an awesome coverage area!! So save yourself a headache, check it out!!

Keep updated! The Boost app has been very user friendly for all things payment, plus some things to do with trouble shooting. If I wanted to buy a new device, or window shop the new devices, it would serve those purposes well, too. Advanced trouble shooting isn't great, but the app is good for easily getting you in touch with a live agent as long as you're persistent that "live agent" is what you know you need your next step to be. As to live agent support, that's nothing to do with the app.

It used to be good, but know it freezes up, and when I try to watch videos to get coins it only let me watch 2 and sometimes none at all. Please fix this. And know it only gives me 1 coin per video and it still only lets me watch 3 videos please fix this. Now u can't even redeem it coins, it says slide to redeem, but there's nowhere for u to slide what's up with that. This app seems to get worse and worse everyday.
