1.23.23 Does not work. I have to call to listen to my voicemail and get no notification that I even have a message so I just have to call regularly to check it. There isn't even a different app to use. This app is useless and it really bothers me. 11.27.24 Almost done with 2024 and the app still does not work. If it's not fixed by the new year I'm switching carriers I can't take it anymore!

Voicemail is DEFECTIVE! First, when a new message is left, it records over the previous message from a different number. Second, often the time-stamp is wrong. Third, often when selecting a message, a different message is selected instead. These problems started after I installed the 11/13/23 version. BoostMobile/Dish have been notified of the above-mentioned problems; yet, nothing has changed!

I'd give this app zero stars if I could, this is a frustrating and infuriating way to receive and "organize" voicemails. Rather than having an inbox to view messages, the numbers they came from, or anything useful that comes standard with most other phones, you are forced to call a number that acts as a modern version of the archaic answering machine. If there's supposed to be a separate inbox, it doesn't work. I've missed too many important voicemails to count because of this.
