| 2024-11-30 |  | | I've been using this app for 3 years now, and the very same sync issues keep popping up. I can never keep my web journal synced to my android phone. It's very frustrating. They fix it, then break it again with the next update. The concept is great, but implementation with Android sucks big time! |
| 2024-08-15 |  | | Nice & simple but seems to have a bug or two. most times I try to cut and paste inside of a journal entry, when I hit the paste button the app freezes and I get a message that the app stopped responding. it's frustrating and a time waster. it's the only app on my phone that behaves that way so I hope they fix it. |

The one issue I have is that when you attempt to go back and correct a word, the app duplicates the word. Looking through older reviews, this has been a longstanding issue and has yet to be corrected. I also read that features for android are still being developed. For these reasons, I decided to wait to updgrade to the premium version. |

For instance, it's May now but all my May entries are under June, April listings under May, etc. etc. for each month. There was one or two times when I opened the app and the month listing's were correct but then it goes back to this wonky listing. I have tried uninstall ingredients and reinstalling the app, updating the app, and making sure my OS is the most recent. |

(Developers, yes I paid for Premium.) EDIT: I found the web interface through the forum (should be a clear home page link). Adding one more star until a Windows app comes out. |

How can I go back to the older update before this. The app itself is saying it's buggy. I'm at risk of losing 10 years of journaling. I started using the app in 2014... then if was being developed by Bloom Built Inc... It's now Automatic. |

I cannot recommend this app. I'm so frustrated that I'm just going to give the cliff notes.....fails to save audio and video entries,will take forever to load and then completely delete..journal entries that I type out and then the app just crashes....and it doesn't autosave my progress. And worse off it does not sync at all at times..unless this gets fixed(which are big issues)then I will no recommend |

I am tracking my progress thoughts and multiple aspects in my life that range from thoughts that pop up during meditation to my guitar journey! This is the place for all your journaling needs! Keep organized and begin feeling better here! My phone is giving me issues with the photos option but I am 99% certain that it is just my dang device! Heck, I am going to track my feelings when finding new music 🎶 |

I've contacted customer service and they said they were working on it but that was months ago and still nothing. So disappointed because this was a great app until now. I have an android phone. Version 2.3 does not appear to be available in Play Store yet. I only see 2.2. |

There is no Windows version and the Android version doesn't have nearly as much functionality as the iOS version...not by a long shot. I so badly wanted this to be a good journaling app for me. But this is an absolute NO. Trying to upload a profile picture caused my app to crash multiple times (ended up not being able to upload it at all). I think they should just take this off the play store. Go bk to iOS |
