This app and the web app that is exactly the same is terrible from a UI/UX perspective and for any history family who wants to both search and communicate with potential au pairs. I have no idea why they decided to redo their platform. But whatever team was responsible for that decision and picking the development shop to build this app should be fired. |

Absurd to think that a private company afford to make their most important browsing tool to be that bad. App and website doesn't let me browse new aupairs anymore like old times. I have updated one thousand things (again), uploaded photos but I cannot (CANNOT) browse aupairs for some reason. Just starting my new profile in au Pair care rn...... |
| 2024-11-21 |  | | This is a review of not only the app but the service as a whole. The app broke my profile causing me to have to rebuild it several times. It would not allow me to match because it broke my profile in a way that was invisible to me. The au pair I matched with, didn't receive the match request until I contacted support. They have changed their payment structure dramatically, you now have to pay 40% of the cost up front. They are generally willing, but unable to help. |
| 2024-11-01 |  | | Whoever came up with the genius idea of never releasing or testing a beta and shoving all customers into a buggy, poorly supported app while also removing the website as a backup should be immediately fired. There are not enough terrible things I can say about this app without summarizing the effect it has had on confusing, frustrating and in some cases stressing out their customers. I cannot figure out what we are paying for or who thought this app was an "upgrade" in support. Clear downgrade. |
| 2024-10-29 |  | | Can I give this negative stars? The app does not work or load, it continually has bugs and when you ask for help from CC they act like it is user error. When they do discover it is indeed the app that doesn't work they don't work to help resolve the issue. |
| 2024-10-23 |  | | The migration to this app was incredibly poorly executed suggesting poor design, execution and testing. Combined with non existing customer support and no apologies from senior leadership about all the challenges the families forced into that process were experiencing. I am surprised the matching specialists, the only frontline support to families, are not quitting in masses... or maybe they are. |
| 2024-10-06 |  | | Terrible update to the previous platform. I'm so frustrated I will be going with another agency. It has been a constant battle to figure everything out and get my information back. We ended up loosing all of our info and au pairs we were interviewing. |
| 2024-10-05 |  | | The company has forced users from its average desktop web site to one of the worst mobile experiences imaginable. No longer can you effectively do research on au pairs from your computer, as they only provide a portrait mobile UI for their desktop web page, wasting 70% of screen real estate and hiding information behind senseless widgets forcing you to swipe and click for more. This more than doubles workflow. This mis step is so obviously wrong we will no longer do business with cultural care. |
