If there were a no star option I'd take it. This app and the web app that is exactly the same is terrible from a UI/UX perspective and for any history family who wants to both search and communicate with potential au pairs. I have no idea why they decided to redo their platform. But whatever team was responsible for that decision and picking the development shop to build this app should be fired.
Can cultural care really take care, look the reviews and do something, please? 1.2 stars means A LOT. Absurd to think that a private company afford to make their most important browsing tool to be that bad. App and website doesn't let me browse new aupairs anymore like old times. I have updated one thousand things (again), uploaded photos but I cannot (CANNOT) browse aupairs for some reason. Just starting my new profile in au Pair care rn......
This is a review of not only the app but the service as a whole. The app broke my profile causing me to have to rebuild it several times. It would not allow me to match because it broke my profile in a way that was invisible to me. The au pair I matched with, didn't receive the match request until I contacted support. They have changed their payment structure dramatically, you now have to pay 40% of the cost up front. They are generally willing, but unable to help.
