I downloaded this app to try to be able to talk to someone that would fix the problems on my Cricket phone. Nope! I can't even get it to open!! Don't waste your time!!

Why is this called a cricket app and something I pay extra for, not have the chat with experts even available to be because chat told me they only handle att accounts? Are you fn kidding me? ATTs name isn't anywhere in this app yet the chat feature is useless for its intended Cricket users for tech issues? And chat told me to make a claim I can go online and NOT the app also useless for its intended users? So I pay extra for photo stuff? Because that's the only thing the app does for us.

The myPhotoVault App doesn't work! Tried to back up all my photos to Cricket's included free 150gb myPhotoVault storage app and it's not working. I looked for myPhotoVault on Google's App Store. It doesn't exist anywhere.

My device failed an update. I spent alot of money trying to fix it, but the Samsung Data Rape App Protection parameters (i.e Knox,DRK,) in place to stop owner access made it impossible. And you kept saying it is for MY security meanwhile the device is a paper weight now and I've gotten spyware and maleware on my PC trying to find a solution. And does Samsung being a Korean Co. do the same to U.S OPSEC personnel? Has data been sold to China?! I've worked in the DOD, it's a good question. 😠

It's been over a week and I still haven't seen or received my replacement phone so I had to go but another phone just to ,obviously,have a phone to communicate with the world and my clients with.but more important than that just so I could get in touch with the ones that promjsedme it would be there tomorrow within ,24 hrs and also the ones that assured me the insurance would without a doubt cover any problems and was worth the extra money.every month. I have trouble with wifi connection and calling. Voicemail don't work. Putting apps on my phone I don't use or the 4lines I have.. trying to get ahold of tech support and customer service support. I payed my phone bill. 9,16. I payed it today because there for I know I have it paid. Put saying I use gb 120 in 2days. My lines used 38gb it jump to 33.gb less then store back home was not even using my phone I was driven. MAKE THESE MAKE SENSE

I wish I could include screenshots in this review but they will just delete it like they did several times before. This last time has really impacted me severely. My phone was stolen .. I call to report it and paid for a replacement that took 2 months to get. In that two months they didn't suspend my service for the first two weeks after it was stolen, so all of my personal information was in the hands of who stole my phone and since then they have also stolen my identity and money from account.

I have Cricket Protect,and no tech support? Useless. I'm dealing with a phone now that half the time says I have 'No internet connection' on almost every site I visit. Been a Cricket customer for 10 years,but I'm almost done.
