| 2024-12-11 |  | | Extremely poor product. Cannot make or receive calls without experiencing issues. I would say I'm blessed to still have MMS/SMS, but I don't want to jinx it. Will be switching providers and porting my number... would give less than one star if it were an option. Otherwise, the people are nice, but the product... If you are considering this product, DON'T. I need a business line that works to be able and connect with clients, and this phone service is not that. |

The only good things I can say is that the phone and text service was low cost, and that Ian from support was very professional and tried to be helpful. But I'm going to see if I can move my number to Google Voice. |

I finally got a call through the app five and a half hours later. I don't know how I could pick up a call from myself from 5.5hrs ago, but I did. Thank god I didn't hear a voice on the other end. Edit: a day later i got another call saying it was from myself and I DID hear a voice on the other end. It was a spam call. So incorrect caller ID. |
| 2024-10-21 |  | | Not good enough. I pay monthly and the app itself is completely unreliable so I use call forwarding which does not allow me to see who is calling. Call forwarding is also set to be disabled I just found out. I continuously get yelp spam from India from the last company to use me phone number. The spam seems to be the only calls i get, and it is almost every day. Summary, great for spending money and getting spam calls if the latency doesn't get you. Without call forwarding, this app is a brick |
