Extremely poor product. Cannot make or receive calls without experiencing issues. I would say I'm blessed to still have MMS/SMS, but I don't want to jinx it. Will be switching providers and porting my number... would give less than one star if it were an option. Otherwise, the people are nice, but the product... If you are considering this product, DON'T. I need a business line that works to be able and connect with clients, and this phone service is not that.

yvette, 2024-12-09Constant low memory warnings in the app (no other app says this), terrible phone call performance and stability, and the icing on the cake, stopped being able to receive texts out of nowhere. The only good things I can say is that the phone and text service was low cost, and that Ian from support was very professional and tried to be helpful. But I'm going to see if I can move my number to Google Voice.
