logs me out constantly . your min transfer is £10 pound and it charges u for everything . poor service have to keep uninstalling the app absolutely terrible been the same on three phones

No longer getting push notifications for anything and can't even use the app to approve payments, also my app looks nothing like the pictures on here and has no options anywhere to get statements.

THIRD TIME TRYING TO GET THE REWARDS DECLARED.... SHOCKING.... NEXT STEP. LEGAL ADVICE... Really lost faith. They claim to return benefits, a few % back when you shop at various stores. But DONT. I have raised the issue with them. Nothing done.. fuming!!!

Great service overall. There are two issues. The app always prompts to set a passcode but this function has never worked and I have to skip it every time. The new card I have been issued already has the account numbers and cvv rubbing off a month into having it. Soon the essential numbers won't be visible due to not having raised numbers. When paying £5 for a replacement card, this is not acceptable.

I'm absolutely appaled the way in which Engage just changed every account holders account no & sort code. All my incoming payments are going to fail. And now I have to contact each of my direct debit companies to give them my new account details, or all my direct debits will fail. This has caused extreme anxiety for me, and it will take ages to resolve, the bank should have given more notice about this so account holder's could have managed this more effectively!! Absolutely chaotic situation.

I've never been granted access to this app, I can't pass security on the phone (I gwt failed on my own address????) to request a new card. My contact less is turned off, it's been a horrific experience dealing with this company just trying to manage my own money, friends have had to pay my bills for 6 years since I got my flat it's beyond a joke now, my card is due to expire i don't know how to get a new one. The stress has been disgraceful of im honest. Anyone that can bank with a big bank, DO

Useless app I've been blocked by Engage due to the fact that they (or I did not receive) did not send me the/a OTP (one time password) and when trying to phone customer services WITHIN Their latest almost nonexistent opening hours find it impossible to actually get connected even after days of trying for well over an hour of being on hold listening to music and being told that the best way to do so is via the said (BLOCKED) App

It works, but there is very little detail on HOW it works. For example, I just made an online payment and have a message to confirm it in the app. The app says nothing about it and there's no clue where to look for this confirmation.

Just tried setting this up for the old man, got sent a temporary username and asked to set password, then immediately asked to change to a new username and password but different, then asked to set some 5 digit code to log into the app, got this point and removed the app as the old man has no chance of remembering any of this all to check how poor he is for free as it looks like he is being charged to check his balance
