2023-12-27 | carl daveta | This app has been a lot of trouble. Yesterday, I spent more than two hours trying to get in. I also spent some time with Brittany. She kept giving me temp passwords, but to no avail as all were rejected. She spent a lot of time trying to help me, which was appreciated. Today, my wife was seeking help to have her name on the app as she pays the bills. After several times back and forth with the leasing office, Kerrie at RBS finally helped her, and she was able to get her on. | |

2023-01-06 | Kory Sericati | put charitably, this app functions like a high school student project. it's meant to manage how you pay rent and monthly fees BUT auto-pay's only enabled for rent, you can't selectively pay fees, and its auto-pay cron-jobs aren't aware of payments you've already made through the app. this results in double charges. this is an insultingly simple problem to fix and, as a software developer myself, makes me wonder where our rent money goes because none of it has gone into competent app development. | |

This happens to be one of the only reliable ways to pay rent and its not working on not only 1 but 2 different cellular devices. 2021-11-24 | Ryan Gonet | If you have 5 or 6 pending service requests (which you will, because "Conner" Group will ignore them, or won't close old ones), the app's UI won't let you create a new one. It tells you the "Phone Number is required". You look and see no Phone Number field. Then you find out that's because the Pending Requests list at the bottom pushes that field up above the page. And the app doesn't let you scroll up to fill it in. I literally can't submit any more service requests to this horrible company. | |

If the company is doing so well they should be able to afford an upgrade with better performance. Especially with the Outrageous Fees!
