    This app has been a lot of trouble. Yesterday, I spent more than two hours trying to get in. I also spent some time with Brittany. She kept giving me temp passwords, but to no avail as all were rejected. She spent a lot of time trying to help me, which was appreciated. Today, my wife was seeking help to have her name on the app as she pays the bills. After several times back and forth with the leasing office, Kerrie at RBS finally helped her, and she was able to get her on.

    Auto pay function has 0 IQ and will make an auto payment even if you don't owe anything. Switched payment at the beginning of lease and I have been working on getting the extra rent payment back all month, until autopay made a payment on a $0 balance. App is kinda pointless now
