| 2024-11-19 |  | | Notifications for this application are sporadic at best. Many other peers/coworkers have been having this issue as well. If notifications are important to your work or business I would find another application. In response to explaining. Our company has many employees that use this app after converting from an app called CREW. Job notifications on our mobile devices are sporadic. Many of my peers have recognized this problem and communicated to me the same issue. Android or Apple |
| 2024-11-19 |  | | The app is supposed to audibly and visually alert on the phone when a job shift is being offered and it DOES NOT do so reliably. Problem has been reoccurring, inconsistently, for months. Today, even with the app open on the phone, doesn't alert unless the app is refreshed. App developers state this is a 'known issue' that's supposedly been/being addressed and DOES NOT happen. The app is not reliable for those in the field depending on it for work. |
| 2024-09-06 |  | | It works fine for the most part but anytime I try to text anyone more than the few words I texted just now, it slows down like crazy or stops working entirely and will literally shut down and I loose the entire text I just attempted to write out, it'll sometimes keep me clocked in when I already clocked out and give me more work if having to adjust my time clock and out a note for my managers as to why I had to adjust it because it's done it so many times to other employees too |

The UI doesn't make sense, the Week Summary labels don't correspond to the days above or below it. Not user friendly, Scheduling doesn't allow scrolling, and Scheduling should be a quick button. Buggy, if you edit your Availability time range in Scheduling it will list all your previously entered availabilities and will even show it multiple times for that day. |

Recently it hasn't been allowing people to clock in or not even showing scheduled shifts. Hasn't been keeping track of time well either. Main complaint is it doesn't allow for live updates when making changes. Which is something unacceptable for a corporate communication app |

It will also send the annoying "don't forget to clock out notification" at 5 o'clock every day even when you are not working and even if you work past 5(I work until 8). |

It needs to use your exact location to clock in, I have all of my internal location tracking turned off on my device and use a VPN. The headache that is having to change every setting on my device temporarily every time I need to click in is outstanding |

The UI is circa 2008; the notifications require opening the app to figure out if a shift is changed, added, or cancelled. It does not have the option to export my work schedule to another calendar (e.g., Google calendar) so my spouse can see my work schedule. I have to manually transfer all this information whenever my schedule is posted or something changes. |

The clear understanding of the cleaning specs, options for requesting time off/shift edit requests, chatroom options, and required site informational training are also available. The best part!? IT'S ALL IN ONE PLACE!! The Connecteam app developers have really outdid themselves & set a very high bar for everyone else!! T Sheets better step up their game! Way to go, Connecteam! |
| 2023-10-09 |  | | Connecteam is genuinely extremely impressive, and has really streamlined day to day tasks, its not an exaggeration to say this app has been game changing for not only my company but myself as director. It is literally saving me so much stress. The forms are amazing, no more forgotten monthly checklists, no more drowning in procedure paperwork. To top it off, best customer service I have experienced in 20yrs! Genuinely wholeheartedly recommend this product and the company. Thank you. |
