The app is supposed to audibly and visually alert on the phone when a job shift is being offered and it DOES NOT do so reliably. Problem has been reoccurring, inconsistently, for months. Today, even with the app open on the phone, doesn't alert unless the app is refreshed. App developers state this is a 'known issue' that's supposedly been/being addressed and DOES NOT happen. The app is not reliable for those in the field depending on it for work.

Notifications for this application are sporadic at best. Many other peers/coworkers have been having this issue as well. If notifications are important to your work or business I would find another application. In response to explaining. Our company has many employees that use this app after converting from an app called CREW. Job notifications on our mobile devices are sporadic. Many of my peers have recognized this problem and communicated to me the same issue. Android or Apple

It works fine for the most part but anytime I try to text anyone more than the few words I texted just now, it slows down like crazy or stops working entirely and will literally shut down and I loose the entire text I just attempted to write out, it'll sometimes keep me clocked in when I already clocked out and give me more work if having to adjust my time clock and out a note for my managers as to why I had to adjust it because it's done it so many times to other employees too
