Lag time is terrible! Takes a while to connect. Doesn't always detect motion! 2023: Our alarm went off on accident bc the pad claimed it was off; clearly it wasn't; but the screen went black! Really?! Our batteries need to be changed (purchased) literally every month, why? We sometimes can't set alarm until we bypass the damn battery issue; doesn't seem helpful or safe. This system is absolutely terrible, and as soon as I research Ring, I'll be divorcing Xfinity. Waste of money!

Sucks makes things harder not easier Must use wifi doesn't work w/mobile data/internet & it should. PERIOD! ALWAYS adds same devices over & over making there be 87 of the same device it thinks things are not connected that are so it "reconnects" as a new device instead realizing previously approved connected devices just back online making it impossible to keep track of parental controls assigned devices and there's so much more and not enough space to explain it all

The guys that installed my home security system, and the follow-up technician were great. The rest of it awful. The sensors keep malfunctioning for no reason. The company thought it was a great idea to get rid of the home security app without a system where I can set remotely set the away feature via my cell phone. Forget finding a representive that can actually help you. It's a frustrating and useless process. The representives are outsourced, and ill trained. Not worth bundling.
