I knew Clipper had a bad app but what I did not anticipate was just how terrible it was at updating or even connecting me to the payment screen. I don't use auto-pay because I have read that it is very difficult to opt out of. So I manually pay for every trip per week since I have a consistent work schedule. Now the app won't update and it gets stuck at the payment screen, now I can't pay for my rides. Please fix this app. I don't carry cash.

I enjoy using public transit and my clipper card, but this app desperately needs improvements all around. I would go so far to say it's unusable (at least when it comes to certain features). But I think if improvements are made, and it's issues are fixed, it'd be a great and convenient tool to have.

Needs Improvement - App was working well until Nov 2 after crossing the Bay bridge tunnel coming into SF. My app was on during my ride and must have crossed connections. After getting to my stop, the app longer works. MY Clippercard with funds was no longer showing my card. Somehow, my digital card is no longer available . I need my issue fixed. Can't use my digital card anymore.
