CONSTANT FREEZES OR SLOW DOWNS, especially on the all-important 1st screen, which includes balance, recent transactions, payment due info, etc. Plus fingerprint log in frequently fails. We got new phones, but the problem persisted. It does not matter whether we are right next to our modem or 50 ft away, or whether we use Wi-Fi or cellular. Our Wi-Fi signal in our home is very strong. This is the only app that we experience problems with. They need to fire their entire IT staff and start over.

EDIT: I am not emailing. Just fix the app. This is obviously a problem for many people and has been for too long. I'm ready to just start using a different credit card with a functional app. The app opens but freezes every time I tap a button to leave the home screen. I just get the stupid refresh arrow that doesn't even spin. I've tried reinstalling and rebooting my phone. It's been a problem for a while now. Used to be good.

I've used Citi Mobile for years. I've been banking with Citi for 20 years, & I am over 75. It has made my life much easier. I can do all my banking wherever I am, in the U.S.A., or not. I can deposit checks or pay bills. Citi has continued to maintain security and keep the app updated with better features and making it easier to use. I highly recommend this app and this bank. I know my accounts are secure yet easy to manage! I highly recommend Citibank and Citi Mobile App!

Update: all it took was to reinstall the app and now I feel silly for not trying that earlier. App works well now, thank you for the prompt support. A recent update has broken biometric sign-in for me. I've logged in and checked that it is enabled in my account settings but it still doesn't work. That and not being able to paste my password makes it a pain in the rear to sign in. Otherwise the app works fine.

Fast, easy to navigate, I see on the front page what is most important to me. I can view and make transactions lightening fast, once 30 service. It's been remarkably stable. Everything's you want a financial app to be. Is like a return of downloadable csv of transactions. I also don't understand why Pay Full Balance always leaves a balance. Otherwise a very clean interface and a happy user.

I was using my desktop computer for 12 years and was initially skeptical about using the app. Unfortunately, right after I started using it, I got an error message saying my phone was having issues, and I wasn't able to access my account. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, and I love it. I recently used the check deposit feature on the app and loved it! It saved me a trip to the branch.

I like it. Helps me keep track of my card balance, payments, and my reward points. Although I prefer to use my own methods, you can make payments through the app. View your purchases and cash in rewards for thank you points or statement credits. You can also request an increase. You can also check your FICO score, which is pretty sweet. All in one app. I also had a high yield savings account set up, but I discovered that wasn't really my thing. Girlfriend loves hers, tho, so give it a shot!!

Ease and convenience are the things I appreciate. There are other items on my app page that are annoying, that I keep deleting (such as offers to set up a checking account; high-end banking offers that don't matter to me, since I'm not wealthy), but I understand why they keep getting offered, even though it's a pain to see them/keep deleting them.

The app was fine until a few weeks ago, now when I try to pay the balance or redeem points it just hangs. I have to use the website instead. it's a huge pain as someone that pays off their balance several times a month but when I'm busy I keep putting it off because of the hanging and don't like to carry s balance but this almost forces you to if you don't have time to log into the website.

This app constantly freezes. When I try to log in, the blue circle keeps spinning, and I keep getting messages saying they're having technical issues and to try again later. It used to be a good app, but since early this year it has not been reliable to do any transactions. And yes, I restarted my phone and made sure I didn't need an update for my phone or the app. I really hope they can fix the issue soon. If the issue gets resolved. I will gladly change the rating.
