I've been charged UGX 8,000 monthly for a card I deleted months ago, and despite reaching out, the issue remains unresolved. The support team is unresponsive and redirects you endlessly without solving anything. Their platform is NOT reliable for frequent transactions. I've lost trust in their services and migrated to TransferWise. Avoid this app if you value your money and time. |

I've been trying to log into the app for over two hours now. Update: The issue was resolved within three hours, after I drew their attention to it. The app is working perfectly now. I upload my ID and verify my number and they say it's associated with another account. Very terrible experience. my account has a history of dozens of transactions from the phone number they claim is associated with another account. So if my phone number, email address and ID are associated with another account hiw does your verification work |

Now my money is stuck and I can't make use of the app cos my older device is bad. Worthless app!! **Edited**SECOND UPDATE: So because I made this review here, these críminals went behind my back to empty the $200 I had in my chipper account cos they thought that I wouldn't be able to fix the phone.
