ChipperCash has the worst customer support l've ever encounte red. I've been charged UGX 8,000 monthly for a card I deleted months ago, and despite reaching out, the issue remains unresolved. The support team is unresponsive and redirects you endlessly without solving anything. Their platform is NOT reliable for frequent transactions. I've lost trust in their services and migrated to TransferWise. Avoid this app if you value your money and time.

Innocent, 2024-11-29Chipper cash, I don't understand what's going on ? Why does your app keep crashing/stopping? I'm unable to access my funds and I need my money for an emergency. I've been trying to log into the app for over two hours now. Update: The issue was resolved within three hours, after I drew their attention to it. The app is working perfectly now. They just need to improve on their rates, as compared to their competitors. Overall, I love chipper cash and they're reliable. 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍

What is this ? It is very frustrating and discouraging... What is the way forward. But to be candid with you guys I am not happy at all and it is very annoying
