After purchase, another rep told me i couldn't; that I would have to cancel first. I asked to speak to a supervisor. He said i would get a call back. They never called. I emailed. The responding rep told me to call and refused to provide any info in writing. Now, they have simply stopped responding. | |

I had to tell them three separate times that my new pet had no previous vet records before they processed my claim (which was for preventative care, $70 reimbursed). They denied a previous claim for other preventative care (would have given me $150 back), which had a different pet's complete vet records that they did not keep. I paid $80 monthly for a denied $150 claim. I refiled, and the invoice was 'missing' (it wasn't) | |

2024-10-04 | Mark C | Dog was throwing up, took to a vet. Paid almost $700 and spot pet insurance said nothing was covered. I have accident and illness coverage, plus I have preventative wellness add on. Even with the add on coverage they wouldn't cover the fecal test, even though they clearly state they do. I GOT NOTHING FROM SPOT. Just a message stating "not covered". I called spot, they said they'll reopen claim, but nothing shows reopen on my account. Just said that to get me off the phone. Don't get SPOT!! | |

2024-08-23 | A N | Don't bother with this company. They set their own reimbursement rates and they are SO far below what it actually costs having their insurance COSTS you money in the end. For example, they only cover $150 for a neutering a dog. Actual cost? Near $500. Definitely not worth it. |
