Cannot login with the same password works on the website. If you request password "there was an issue submitting your request" useless app, please fix. Changed the password on website tried again same issues on the mobile app. Uninstalled, re-installed the app still same.

Aidan Holmes, 2024-12-21Beware this sleazy company! Prior to purchase, a rep told me I could lower my premiums mid term by raising the deductible. After purchase, another rep told me i couldn't; that I would have to cancel first. I asked to speak to a supervisor. He said i would get a call back. They never called. I emailed. The responding rep told me to call and refused to provide any info in writing. Now, they have simply stopped responding.
