I lowered my rating because for quite a while now after I try logging in to one of my patient portals, the login page refreshes without logging me in. After a few attempts it will say something about credentials expiring but continuously returns me to the login page. I've tried clearing cache/ data/ etc with no success. Is there a fix or workaround for this? I love the convenience of the app but it does me no good if I can't access my information.

This app is a waste of time. If you're going to have an app for people to use for healthcare, at least make it useable instead of useless. I've been able to log in a total of twice with the app. Every other time I have tried it says my session is expired, or just boots me out all together. Much easier to just go to the website link and log in there.

Edit as of 9/7/23 - STILL very sporadic on accepting login password. Half the time it is fine & let's me use a fingerprint or password. The other half, I get an error message & it keeps asking me to log in again. Extremely frustrating! Lately the app won't accept my fingerprint and keeps making me change my password, but then locks me out, eendering it useless. I am very frustrated, as I use the portal to communicate with medical providers.

Absolutely terrible Portal app. Every health provider should use MyChart. It's cleaner, easier to use, and at least canceling an appointment and scheduling appointment is easy. This app is terrible when it comes to this. It asks send to who can find the correct person. Absolutely garbage shouldn't be considered by health professionals.

Not the best, when it works. About 1 in every 4-5 login attempts. After clearing the cache or uninstalling/re-installing the app. Am able to log in to the website online 100% of the time which would suggest this to be an app issue. Also, of all the MyChart/patient portal apps I have used (3) is it hands down the least intuitive or user friendly. Not a fan.

One of the worst apps EVER!!! I downloaded the app as suggested by my doctors and have only been able to use ONCE. I try to log in to get my information for other doctors and it continues to says "NO CONNECTION FOUND". How is that when I get emails ? Then I guess maybe it's a password problem, so I try to reset, get the email to change my password , then get a message saying I can't reuse my current password?? How is that when I supposedly don't have an account . ("No connections found") ??

This app could be more user friendly. For example, it should explain that MRN means medical record number, and users shouldn't have to search through documents to find it. I also wish the app wouldn't make me filter the results by date--just list them all. It'd be easier that way. Also, my upcoming appointment is not showing up. I am not having any trouble signing in and appreciate being able to use my fingerprint sign-in.

When I first got this app, signing up was pretty easy. When I went to log in, it took a few tries. Now I can't get it to log in at all. It keeps stating logging in and then gives me an error and retry. No, it's not my password because if I enter the wrong one, it states user and password don't match. No point in having something if it doesn't let you in the app.

This used to be a great way to communicate but now it keeps telling me that I have the wrong user name and/or password. I only get into the app by creating a new password each time 😤. This is quite frustrating. I talked to a tech before but the same thing keeps repeating 😭😭😭😭😭. I have even reloaded the app onto my phone and the same thing occurs again.

This is basically a wrapper for loading specific webpages. Information, such as your account number, doesn't carry between modules like bill pay. The login screen gets stuck in a loop until you force close the app. There is no "remember me" option when logging in. There are references to using updated browsers like Chrome/Firefox to view the pages...inside the app. Some tasks require additional navigation for no reason (eg messaging). From a design standpoint it looks bland.
