App summary

Cardiogram: Heart IQ is a heart rate monitor and symptom tracker that helps you detect and manage health conditions like POTS or atrial fibrillation, using minute-by-minute heart rate information collected by your smartwatch. We provide a health report card score that is updated weekly and risk scores for hypertension, sleep apnea, and diabetes so you can follow your progress for preventing or managing these conditions. Interactive, color-coded charts let you pinch-to-zoom into detailed heart rate data, step counts, time-stamped symptoms, medications, and logged blood pressure measurements. Cardiogram allows you to see the connection between your symptoms, how you’re feeling and heart rate information you can share with your doctor. You can also set heart rate alerts for high and low readings and connect a family member so they can see your data.

Cardiogram: Migraine IQ helps you understand what’s going on in your body when you have migraines. If you complete your daily log, we will use your individual data to tell you how likely you are to have a migraine in the next 48 hours. This allows you to take steps to end your migraine before it begins!

Compatible smartwatches include: wear OS, Samsung Galaxy, Fitbit, and Garmin.

We take your privacy seriously. We use healthcare-grade encryption and we never sell your data.

Worked great year one. Since August 2023, App does not track unless manually pushed to do so and only records for that moment. Customer service tried to help, but un successful. Re-installed, restarted, etc., etc., All settings checked for correctness per cardiogram instructions. All good there. Still no auto record...continuing to have problems w/ app. Despite 2 customer service troubleshoots, still does not record or connect , at best intermiitently. Can not recommend.

I had some issues with data recording at first from my Galaxy watch 4, but I contacted support and they had me change some settings. Now the app seems to work great, I have heart issues on both sides of my family. So, it's nice to see the data. If you're having issues I would contact support and they should be able to help you. They were super nice and I recommend the app

I can't even use the app, it prompts me to sign up for an annual subscription. When I decline, it logs me out. And the report shows I'm average in every category but somehow also "worse" than average. Edit: I'm not disputing the subscription model, I'm saying the app is literally unusable. It will not let me get past the login screen.
