Can't do enough for my liking and can't make extra smaller amount payments only minimum due. I would be paid way down faster it it would allow smaller extra payments.

Had multiple issues changing the account information to make a payment. There isn't an option to add or remove a stored bank acct. This would be more customer friendly.

The app is good except they make you verify with a text or email after logging in with your credentials, password and fingerprint. It's annoying. But other than that it's easy to navigate.
