I've been a member for more than 3 years and now I cancelled my membership. Even though they claim 1 months cancellation, I now have 2 months because a small hidden text. I've asked for proof of the same text when I signed up 3 years ago, but no response. Terrible customer service, and no respect for customers. It used to be good, now it's trash. | |

The flexibility to train in multiple locations, try different exercise forms, learn new skills, meet people with the same interests etc. I have the black membership and for everything I get for it I think the price is really good. I do something every day, crossfit, boxing, yoga, gym, breathwork, swimming, etc. I have brought my family and friends to workouts aswell and some have started using Bruce also. Wouldn't go back to anything else! | |

But unfortunately, over the years instead of adjusting the prices, they have reduced the availability and significantly worsened the user friendliness by constantly limiting the users from unlimtied training, removing studios and in general making the service less attractive and desirable for people who like to train. | |

But I didn't use the service and I completely forget I had it until I saw in my bank account the monthly payment, so I cancelled and got confirmation. But suddenly they start charging me again. And I contacted customer service which was extremely rude. Nothing but fraud. Skip this app and directly buy/support your favourite training center. | |
2022-11-07 | Juha Kangas | It's a nice concept but as a parent to an infant the "strikes" system just makes it not practical at all with many classed having cancellation windows. So I quickly got banned from booking during a period when our kid was unpredictable. |
