Mohamed Jaoua, 2024-11-15Good concept. But they keep changing the terms for booking classes and terms of memberships and discounts etc continuously without any communication. I've been a member for more than 3 years and now I cancelled my membership. Even though they claim 1 months cancellation, I now have 2 months because a small hidden text. I've asked for proof of the same text when I signed up 3 years ago, but no response. Terrible customer service, and no respect for customers. It used to be good, now it's trash.
