Surveys that do appear give error codes e.g 7 or just say "Surveys complete" when I press start followed by a notification my answers need to be reviewed. |

I have been a customer for years and they eventually closed the account with no explanation to myself with points I earned from previous bundles. I emailed a couple of times to seek the answer as to why the account was closed and both times my mails were ignored. If they close loyal customers accounts with no explanation best to avoid the app. Bundles are always few and far between too. |

But i replied to an old email and the response I got was that I'm getting the standard amount. Unfortunately I know this isn't true. I recommended a friend to use the app. And in the space of time I got 400 points they have earned over 2000. Disappointed. |

Very disappointed UPDATE : managed to get customer service via a direct email address instead of the app, and the matter has been rectified very professionally. App is great, customer service is abysmal... Been trying to get an error rectified for weeks, sent several emails via the app, all have been completely ignored. |

I just don't understand how something can be that bad without being addressed, typical Irish app, CRAPP. |

Glitch somewhere, love the app otherwise but would love to be able to use the rewards.Anyone else having this issue, have been on to Amazon and they say the Bounce code is not any sort of code they recognise. |

I wish there were more bundles to complete, but getting €10 directly into my Revolut account every so often is certainly not a bad thing, along with that to be able to use the points to donate to charity (feed a child for a week) is hugely gratifying. Very much more lucrative than other online survey apps, and quite enjoyable. Easily 5 stars and have recommended it to most of my friends and family. |
| 2021-06-02 |  | | Edit - Updated to reflect the dev comments below. I done a recent survey and after submitting it flagged one of my replies and needed to be checked/verified by a human. It came back that my answer was accepted. Not sure if points were added to my account because when I submitted my answers it just flagged me and didn't go to the usual screen show you your points. Would be nice if there was a history saying what survey, when you done it and how many points was awarded. |
