Was working fine until the last few weeks where it just keeps spamming me push notifications every 5 minutes for surveys that aren't actually there. Surveys that do appear give error codes e.g 7 or just say "Surveys complete" when I press start followed by a notification my answers need to be reviewed.

Roger Hayes, 2024-08-07I've been using this app for over 2 years. Decent payouts, some glitches with some surveys where it won't let me complete thus unable to collect credits. Would like more surveys and unfortunately for some reason when I click on notification it says no longer available or quota reached or something even though I've clicked on it almost immediately

Elaine Bookle, 2023-10-23I had issues with my account then I got a mail to say it may be quality of my answers or answering too quick. I have been a customer for years and they eventually closed the account with no explanation to myself with points I earned from previous bundles. I emailed a couple of times to seek the answer as to why the account was closed and both times my mails were ignored. If they close loyal customers accounts with no explanation best to avoid the app. Bundles are always few and far between too.
