system is a pain. no customer service on weekends or holidays, no option on phone calls for insurance approval or at least talk to an agent, waiting for medicine approval since thursday holiday - i dont want to pay outofpocket for whole cost, chat app closes after start chat - app is updated, secured message is same as cust service no weekends and holidays to assist, very slow reply. been enduring my pain since thursday. its only insurance approval i need for my medicines. 😥 update:call no optn
