Annoying and cumbersome things about this app: -Everytime I try to log in it says the answers to the security questions are incorrect -There is no option to enter the answers unmasked -There should be an option to bypass the security questions and just use the last 6 digits of the benefits debit card -The appl doesn't allow you to use saved passwords -the appl always remove the fingerprint option even though it was previously enabled The appl needs an overhaul with major updates!

It mostly works. Slow and convoluted at times, not always obvious were to perform less common actions ...but I have (eventually) managed to do what I wanted, so I suppose it's not terrible

This company makes it extremely difficult to use you HSA account. Even though it is my money they steady treat it like it's their money. My company just switched to these guys this year. I'm guessing because it was the cheapest place they could find and they are constantly denying payments to my dentist and doctors and for prescriptions. If you call they give you the runaround they just want to keep my money instead of using it for the medicine I put the money on there for. Horrible service
