2023-09-29 | God Zoo | In over 3 years the developers haven't bothered to respond to a single issue nor bothered to fix the issues that people have mentioned since back in 2021 which shows how much they care about you all. Tons of exercises missing. Zero rear delt isolation, not a single forearm exercise. No ability to create exercises either. Developer doesn't give a damn about customers needs, requests, or problems experienced. | |
2023-03-13 | Giles | brilliant tool, unbelievable that it's free. on week 9 of beginner program and I can already see and feel a difference. it's simple to follow with a guide to movements, would advise 1 one session with a trainer to make sure you get the movements right, accuracy in the movement or form it critical. great app highly recommend. like Nike says, just do it and commit to 6 sessions, if you stay the program and don't cheat yourself you'll do great | |

For the specific days workouts it should mention on top which areas are targeted for that day.. For example.. Chest, back.. And if possible better animations.. 2021-05-06 | E Fergusson | 4 stars for potential! So here is the deal, I'm a certified personal trainer and have studied under a former pro bodybuilder for 2 years. This app is great basic blueprint to the basics. However the lack of leg exercises in this program is a little off ballance, so I implement my own leg routine in between set. Also It doesn't hit rotator cuff exercises which is key to having good shoulder health. But it's a good start to something that could be a really great cheep self help bodybuilding app. |
