2024-09-22 | Tim Pearson | I have two issues with the app. Firstly and most alarming for all users is that the multi factor authentication methods only include a call or SMS message, both of which are incredibly easy to intercept by a hacker without the user's knowledge. The second issue is that you cannot update your address in the app. There is an edit address option but the fields are not editable, except for mailing address. I assume this is a bug. | |
2023-03-07 | Angusari Kurai | Definitely liked the old version of the app more. Even with all of its flaws. While this one looks better it it rarely functions for me. Half the time it will never fully load. I just get the logo and the login screen never comes up. Even after 30 minutes of waiting. Even after restarts, cache cleared, data cleared, app uninstalled and reinstalled. When it does manage to actually load to the login screen it takes far too long. It's faster to open the website and just use that vs this app. | |
2022-11-17 | K Black | "Upgrade" is terrible! The upgrade to the app is awful. I had no issues whatsoever when I first began using it, now after the changes, most of the time my deposits won't go through. It's taken me 3 days to get 3 checks deposited! By the way, we are now limited to only 3 deposited checks per day... *UPDATE- I'm happy to say it appears the app has been tweaked and is again working well. Also, the number of checks allowed for deposit has been increased, which is a huge help to me. Thank you! | |
2022-06-01 | Andrew Baacke | It's been at least 6 months now that I haven't been able to use the mobile deposit (ever since I upgraded to a Pixel 6 Pro) because the camera to take photos of the checks closes half a second after opening, every, single, time. Reading the other reviews, it seems it's not unique to my device at all, so they apparently don't test their apps very well, nor do they care about negative feedback. The app itself consistently makes me want to switch banks, and I think it's finally time. | |
2022-03-19 | A Google user | Can't take a picture to deposit a check. Didnt work 6 months ago when i ulinstalled the app and still doesn't work. Every time I try to take a picture it brings me back to the screen to either open the app or uninstall it. I downloaded this app just to deposit checks but will uninstall since this feature still doesn't work. Update 3/19/22. App still doesn't work consistently. Won't load pictures and get errors when trying to male mobile deposits. | |
2022-03-15 | Jennifer Hagemann | Multiple problems throughout my history with Associated's app, but recently, I cannot even open the app. It starts and then goes back to my phone's home page. It just seems like every update something happens and it takes forever to fix. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times. I've also tried to see if my connection was the problem (it wasn't). When it does work, the app is nice. It's just that, that occourance is few and far between. | |
2022-03-06 | Mo M | EDIT 3/6/22: Got a new phone, and the app still doesn't work! Is it ever getting fixed? When I click on it from the main screen or the play store, it flashes for a second then goes back to the previous screen. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app EVERY TIME I want to check my accounts. If I don't, I only see the loading screen. There were no updates to fix it either. | |

I go to log on and the login page just disappears and goes back to my main app page. That's just the latest encounter. Before that it would take as long as 2 to 3 minutes to get logged in "MAYBE". I do a lot of banking with my mobile. I have a LANDMARK account and their app works just fine. TIME TO CHANGE BANKS. I'm really tired of this. I've tried unloading & reloading app. No avail | |
2022-02-24 | PurpleOnion | I have issues with this app loading in constantly. I got a new phone and can't get the app to open up. Just sits on loading screen. I use to have this issue but reset my phone and it would fix the problem. I've Uninstaller and reinstalled numerous times..reset my phone numerous times. It still does not work. If they don't fix this soon I'm going to a different bank all together...I need the convenience. | |
2022-01-24 | Paul Halter | It has improved, but still has issues. With the latest update the app shows an error message for about a second then the app closes. I had to use another device to take a picture of the screen to have time you read the error message. It says it can't be run if the phone's USB debugging option is enabled, something app developers use. It gave the same error with that turned off. Had to uninstall and reinstall with that turned off to get the app to run. |
