Keeps flashing (flickering) won't let me view anything. I did a force stop on the app, that didn't help. I un-installed it and reinstalled it, that did not help

This entire app is rigged against employees, for companies. This is why companies continue to purchase this product. Not for the employee, or the customer, but for the company to pretend to incentivize their employees without actually paying them. Not a single ounce of feedback on the app itself has been addressed, responded to, or fixed, and there's *a lot*. I'm asking you nicely, stay clear of any company that uses this app, stick to Google Review bonus structures, they are actually real

Trash app. Half the time customers can't see more than 5 and end up giving terrible scores. Under a 9 is bad which kills your score.

This app has been really handy to use. While the features on a desktop are better, this is still really handy when on the run. This still does the trick and super user friendly!

Like everyone else I hate this system and how it's tied to how I get a raise. If it's not a 9 or 10 then it basically goes against you, same with no shows that you have to reschedule because they didn't call it in. If they can grade us maybe we should have an app that grades the customer so they can see what we deal with this d@mn grading system. As an example I got a 5 from a customer, but yet I did a "great" job. How if I they gave me a 5?

Nps scores are horrible and the way its is weighed against us is terrible, the app is structured terribly and it all just makes the techs look like they aren't doing their job due to this app and it's scoring system.
