I had no idea i was paying 20bux a month for this subscription. Why is it so hard to remove a subscription on this app? Just terrible!

$3 for a 1yr sub and have gotten locked out of the mobile and web versions, despite clearing cookies and logging in again. I screenshot the order form and confirmations as I knew there would eventually be problems, as there has been with this account of and on for several years (why I refuse to pay more than promo rates). The only way to resolve subscription issues is via a phone call - no email, no help forms. Any more time wasted and I'll cut this paper loose despite reading it since the 1970s

App thinks I don't have a subscription, but I do. I only paid $3 for the year, so it's a small loss, but I definitely won't continue the subscription once the year is up, considering I can't use it on my phone.
