Now, at the time of data entry after entering all information when we select time & click on the correct sign icon, a popup arises saying 'task overlapping'. If the said feature is added, one could decide at the initial stage, when to align the task. Please do it on priority basis. Otherwise the app is very useful. | |

2023-12-15 | Hari haran | One of the innovative ideas in Helloleads is "Access rights for lists". I don't want some of my salespeople to see all the client's details. Once I set the "Access rights", other people cannot see the lead details inside the app. I really loved it and it worked well for me. Thank you, team, for this feature. | |

Charges are not reasonable whereas other CRMs offer free & unlimited usage & upto 1 million leads for atleast 3 users for small start ups. There's limitation of only 250 contacts/leads. Specific modification or addition from mobile app is not possible. User interface is good but not smooth & lags very often. Display screen/background is tasteless or colourless. No graphics in background which makes it look quite dull but has quotes & invoice. | |

Tried to connect on 3 numbers of support staff but not a single guy answered the call. One other support executive "Varthika" sent me a WhatsApp Messege earlier when I registered my ID. I messaged my issue to her and even after seeing the message no one cared to answer or respond back. | |

It does a lot so takes a day or so to learn all the bells /whistles but it really is impressive! Easily tracks leads & reminds you when to follow up etc. You can put leads into groups, allow other people in your company to access/update info if you choose; really neat tool. | |
2022-05-23 | Wayne Jansen | Please make it such that reminders for appointments pop up as notifications on one's phone instead of being sent to email. Its very inconvenient because its easy to miss email alerts. Other than that I like the app very much. It has really simplified things for me. |
