Called customer service by chosing the language option as English but person attend the call doesn't speak English and informed someone will call back. But never. Finally, the money successfully transferred after several attempt but not credited to the bank account of receiving bank. Tried to reach customer service with out any luck. Went to Alinma Bank, they said they have no link with Alinmapay. | |

You issue will not get replaced. You will be stuck with your money nowhere. They don't know how to talk to customer. Even if the issue gets settled they will unnecessarily deduct part of the money from your account and then settled. Complete fraud. No controlling body governs it.
