Very bad experience, very bad customer support. Tried several times to transfer money failed. Called customer service by chosing the language option as English but person attend the call doesn't speak English and informed someone will call back. But never. Finally, the money successfully transferred after several attempt but not credited to the bank account of receiving bank. Tried to reach customer service with out any luck. Went to Alinma Bank, they said they have no link with Alinmapay.

Amount gets deducted, after contacting customer care they says that the amount is refunded to my wallet back but it is not available, I recommend anyone trying to do international remittance please avoid it from this application your money will held for a long period.

Worst Experience. My first international transaction with the app and it was an absolute nightmare. The money was deducted from my wallet but was not deposited into my account. The customer helpline was always busy. Finally got through after a week. . The money was refunded to my wallet after a deduction of 300 riyals for no proper reason. Customer service too bad no response at all.
