Scheduling feature for our smart plug stopped working months ago. Have tried to fix it but no luck. Can manually control the plug from the app, but, schedule does nothing. Also, ridiculously clunky interface where you need to use both the app and the web UI. Pretty embarrassing in 2024.

The camera doesn't record movement when I KNOW there's been movement. There's also issues the with app and it just stays on the loading page.... All in all you might want to save money and go elsewhere. Maybe a different device you monitor yourself, with better quality apps and products. A few good things... The actual house panel is well laid out and easy to use. It also takes photos every time someone puts the password in. The house senors seem to work well, so that's good atleast.

The app no longer sends notifications to any of the recipients. The app itself is okay but not very intuitive. The entire system is a nightmare though. Nothing connects well. The camera barely detects anything even after calibration and the front door records maybe 1 out of 5 detections. I stood in front of the garage camera waving and the darn thing didn't even detect me or record. Then when no one is there, it records and detects my parked car in the driveway as a moving vehicle. 0 stars

Do not recommend! I have a doorbell cam that barely works, is poor quality, and has malfunctiond a handful of times. I have the app set to the most sensitive setting, and it has missed a car accident in front of my house, as well as instances of me checking the mail. It has stopped recording while people rang bell and waited (useless to catch porch pirates in the act). If I check the camera it often stops after a few seconds and I get a "play" button. I'm often met with a retry/troubleshoot.

I ordered home security, and It's disappointing. I'm not sure if it's the app or camera, but it doesn't record a lot of the time. This is not a security service to rely on. Also, it seems that whenever I really need to log in and check on the house, the app almost always never loads. I've called telus, and they try to fix things on their end, but it never works. They just waste my time, and they trap you in a 3 year contract.

This system has not worked properly since it was installed. The latest is, the pictures are frozen and can't be enlarged. In last 8 visits from police due to damage to car in carport. Only one was helpful. Very hard to navigate. Now, when I hit the app, only an add comes up, not my cameras. Had repair people here many, many times. When they leave within 24 hrs, there is a new problem. I am throwing away money every month that I can't afford. As well as repairs to vehicle.

Awful software because some videos to disappear and I have to adjust my settings every time I log in. I have to do my settings so it records more than 20 videos a day. Sometimes cameras don't even record. I'll even go outside myself and at the end of the video there can be a very large gap in recordings. It's ridiculous it's not sop recording if there's still movement. My settings say does a 30-second cool down or Gap or something after a video drops recording but it can be much longer. Terrib

Very klunky app. Very basic functions, difficult to navigate the menu and locate the function you want. Scheduling function does not maintain the 7 Day setup keeps defaulting to 5-2 which very frustrating. Had to go through the thermostat setup 3 or 4 times in a row before it finally accepted the settings. Time to step up Telus and update the app!

Beyond frustrating experience. I have had issues with the doorbell camera, had to disconnect it and re-set it up myself. Now my carbon monoxide detector is claiming it's tampered when it isn't. & now the app is no longer working for me and I cannot arm/disarm my house. What's the point of having this security if it doesn't work? Getting ahold of a telus agent to talk to is a NIGHTMARE.

Horrible! I wish i could give 0, but that's not an option. My camera only works for literally 10 seconds. After that, it cuts off. It tells me I have a connectivity error. I was also not told that there was a 3 year contract. The sales guy failed to mention that part. There was no time to read anything since the installation guy was right behind him. The worst thing I have ever done was to hook up this service!
